Chicken and mushroom sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 200 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 400 ml cream
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice mix, (Vegeta)
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and add it to the pan. Once the meat is cooked through, add the trimmed and quartered mushrooms. After another 3-5 minutes, add the cream, bring to a boil, and season with salt, pepper, and Vegeta. Let everything cook briefly and serve with the pasta.
