Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 60 g whole-wheat pasta or spaghetti, egg-free
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 125 ml tomato juice
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- e.g. marjoram
- e.g. salt and pepper

for 1 person, cholesterol-free
Cook pasta or spaghetti according to package instructions. Finely chop the onion and garlic clove and fry in hot oil until translucent. Add tomato juice and tomato paste and stir. Season to taste with marjoram, salt, and pepper. Serve the pasta with the sauce.
