  • 3 bottles of white wine, semi-dry
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine, semi-dry
  • 100 ml Blue Curaçao
  • 10 kiwis
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • possibly ice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 15 minutes

With white wine, sparkling wine and Blue Curaçao

Ideally the day before, or a few hours before: Peel the kiwis and cut into slices, halves, or cubes as desired. Place the pieces in a small bowl and sprinkle with vanilla sugar. Fill with a bottle of white wine, cover, and refrigerate, then let it steep. Chill the remaining wine and sparkling wine bottles as well. Just before serving: Transfer the cold fruit to a punch bowl and top up with the remaining white wine, sparkling wine, and Blue Curacao. Add ice cubes if desired. Tip: This punch is ideal for making larger batches. You could then replace half of the kiwi with pineapple (fresh or canned).
