Pasta in tuna sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g pasta
  • some iodized salt
  • 50 g onion(s)
  • 40 g tuna, from the can
  • some oil (sunflower oil)
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • lemon juice
  • Horseradish, from the jar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Slice the onion into rings. Drain the tuna. Fry the onions in oil, leaving a small amount. Add the fish and cream, stir, and heat until hot. Puree and season with lemon juice, salt, and horseradish. Mix with the pasta and sprinkle with the remaining onions.
