Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g pasta
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 can of tuna
- 200 ml cream
- Salt and pepper, white
- oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
when things have to go quickly
Bring enough water to a boil in a pot for the pasta. Add the pasta and a pinch of salt and simmer over low heat until the pasta is tender but still firm to the bite. Dice the onion and fry in a little oil in a second pot along with the tuna. Deglaze with cream and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Serve with a fresh salad.
