Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g chickpea flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ cup(s) water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

In a bowl, combine the chickpea flour with olive oil, salt, and cumin. Slowly add the water and knead everything for 5-7 minutes until you have a smooth and elastic dough. Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes. Then roll it out thinly and cut it into long noodles or into your desired shape. Add it to boiling salted water and cook for 3-5 minutes until al dente. Drain and serve the pasta with your favorite sauce or a simple olive oil and garlic dressing. Not only is this pasta gluten-free and vegan, it’s also high in protein and has a delicious nutty flavor.
