Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400g spaghetti
- 4 tomatoes
- 100 g cooked ham
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 100 g cream
- 1 tsp basil, dried
- ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 pack of mini mozzarella, 160 g
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Cook the spaghetti. Dice the tomatoes and slice the ham. Whisk together the eggs, ketchup, cream, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 pinch of pepper, basil, and paprika. Twist the cooked spaghetti into small nests and place in a baking dish. Arrange the tomatoes and ham over the nests and pour the egg and cream mixture over them. Place a mozzarella ball in each nest. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
