Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 250 g minced meat
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- Basil, fresh
- Parmesan, grated
- some salt and pepper
- oregano
- chili powder

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, fry the finely chopped spring onions with the minced meat in a pan. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes and 2/3 of the basil, then press in the garlic cloves and simmer for a few minutes. Season everything to taste with salt, pepper, oregano, and chili powder and simmer for a few minutes. Turn off the heat and add the pasta to the pan. Mix well and serve on a plate. Sprinkle with the remaining basil and Parmesan cheese.
