Crumble with raspberries and apples

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g raspberries
  • 700 g apples
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla pod(s), including the pulp
  • 200 g sugar
  • 100 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the apples and lemon juice with a little water and 100g of sugar for about 15 minutes, until the apples are soft. Make a crumble from the ingredients listed above. Place the raspberries and apples, without any liquid (!), in a baking dish. Sprinkle with crumble. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes.
