- 200 g Pasta
- 1 Onion
- 100 g Cooked ham
- 1 cup Green frozen peas
- 1 Organic egg
- 2 Carrots
- Salt and pepper
- Chilli (cayenne pepper)
- Pasta, I had spiral pasta and another type of leftover pasta, cook it for about 8 minutes in salted water until al dente, according to the instructions on the package.
- Cut the ham into strips and then into rectangles. Sauté a little in a pan with a little oil and add the finely diced onion and the finely chopped carrots. Season with pepper mill and chilli.
- When the pasta is done cooked, toss in a little butter, add the ham and vegetables. Finally mix in an egg to bind. Check!
