Pasta Pan with Vegetables, Ham and Egg

Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Pasta
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 g Cooked ham
  • 1 cup Green frozen peas
  • 1 Organic egg
  • 2 Carrots
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chilli (cayenne pepper)

Instructions
 

  • Pasta, I had spiral pasta and another type of leftover pasta, cook it for about 8 minutes in salted water until al dente, according to the instructions on the package.
  • Cut the ham into strips and then into rectangles. Sauté a little in a pan with a little oil and add the finely diced onion and the finely chopped carrots. Season with pepper mill and chilli.
  • When the pasta is done cooked, toss in a little butter, add the ham and vegetables. Finally mix in an egg to bind. Check!
