Ingredients

  • 120 g Wholemeal spelt flour
  • 120 g Spelt flour
  • 120 g Whole grain oatmeal
  • 1 heaped tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 550 ml Water
  • Sesame seeds, amount as required
  • Grated cheese, amount as required

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix everything except for the sesame and cheese and spread them very thinly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. First sprinkle sesame seeds over it and put in the oven for 10 minutes to "stick".
  • Take out briefly, cut into rectangles and sprinkle with the cheese. 'It is up to everyone how lush.
  • Put the tray back in the oven and finish baking. This takes about another 30 minutes - depending on the oven. In any case, the crack should be browned. If it stays too light, it won't be crispy afterwards. So, adjust to your own stove and leave it in a little longer than too short.
  • This is a healthy and filling snack for on the go. Vegetarians can safely replace the cheese with something else.
