Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 250 g bacon, fat, smoked
  • some Maggi
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

extraordinary, simple and delicious dish with addictive factor!

Finely dice the potatoes (about 1 x 1 cm) and boil them in salted water until tender. Cook the spaghetti in salted water. Meanwhile, dice the smoked bacon and fry slowly in a pan until the bacon bits no longer release any fat. Drain the potatoes and pasta after cooking and pour the hot bacon and fat over them. Season with Maggi and serve immediately.
