Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 400 g salad (meat salad)
- 8 gherkins
- 150 g peas
- 250 g pasta (croissants)
- 1 onion(s)
- Salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
- 2 tbsp cucumber juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and then rinse with water. Peel the onion and chop it into slightly larger cubes. Drain the peas and add 2 tablespoons of the liquid to a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of the cucumber juice to the pea liquid. Slice or dice the gherkins as desired and add them to the sauce along with the diced onion. Then add the meat salad to the bowl and mix well with the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the peas and stir again. Pour the dressing over the cooled pasta and mix well. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours until ready to serve. Just before serving, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
