Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- 250 g tomatoes, small
- 200 g meat sausage
- 125 ml sauce (Asian), sweet and sour
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- some salt
- some pepper
- e.g. parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the spaghetti until al dente, then let it cool slightly. Meanwhile, quarter the small tomatoes and dice the sausage. In a bowl, combine the Asian sauce, oil, vinegar, and soy sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Add the tomatoes, sausage, and spaghetti to the bowl and mix well.
