Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (fusilli)
  • 400 g meat sausage
  • 7 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 jar of pickles
  • 300 g peas (can)
  • 200 g mushrooms (can)
  • 200 g onion(s) (pearl onions, jar)
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 200 g corn (can)
  • 500 g yogurt (0.1%)
  • 250 g crème fraîche
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 250 g cream, fresh
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • Pepper, black and green, mixed
  • Salt
  • some sugar
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp tartar sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Boil the pasta according to the package instructions and drain through a sieve. Transfer to a large bowl. Chop the remaining ingredients, such as sausage, gherkins, eggs, mushrooms, and pearl onions, into small pieces. Drain the peas, corn, and capers. Finely chop the capers and add them to the salad along with the peas and corn. Mix everything together. Mix together the yogurt, crème fraîche, sour cream, vinegar, oil, and mustard to make a dressing. Season with mayonnaise and remoulade, salt, and pepper. Whip the cream until stiff and add. Pour the entire dressing over the salad. Mix thoroughly and let it sit for at least an hour. Be sure to season again before serving!
