Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500 g Kritharaki (rice-shaped noodles)
- 300 g peas, frozen
- vegetable broth
- 350 g gherkins from the jar
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- ½ jar cucumber water
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 200 g low-fat yogurt
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- Salad herbs

Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water according to the package instructions. Cook the peas in a pot of hot water, salt, and vegetable stock until tender. Drain the cucumbers (reserve the water) and dice them very finely with the bell peppers. For the dressing, combine the cucumber water, crème fraîche, and yogurt in a bowl and season with spices. Mix everything in a bowl and serve.
