Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml rice milk (rice drink) or other plant milk
  • 150 ml rapeseed oil, Alba oil or sunflower oil
  • 200 g blueberries or raspberries, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

simple, juicy

First, mix all the dry ingredients together, then stir in the oil and plant-based milk. Finally, fold in the blueberries. Pour the batter into muffin cups and bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes, depending on the size.
