Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 jar Miracle Whip
  • 1 small can of peas
  • 250g salami
  • 5 large gherkins
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 500 g pasta
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

for barbecue evenings

Cook the pasta until al dente. Dice the salami, cucumber, and Gouda cheese and add them to a large bowl with the peas and pasta. Stir in the Miracle Whip and a little of the cucumber juice, and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Let the pasta salad sit for 1 hour and season again before serving.
