Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 7 small tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- 1 can peas
- 5 gherkins
- 1 small jar of mayonnaise
- little mustard
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cook pasta in salted water until tender. At the same time, you can hard-boil the eggs. Then I always chop the tomatoes and cucumbers and empty the can of peas into a colander to drain. Once the pasta has cooled and the eggs are peeled, chop the eggs and mix everything together. I then season everything with mayonnaise, a dash of mustard, salt, pepper, and basil. Everything then needs to sit in the fridge for a few hours to really taste good.
