Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 125 g feta cheese
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 250 g quark
  • 50 g herbs, frozen
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, and paprika and fry thoroughly. Dice the bell peppers, tomatoes, and cheese, and press the garlic through a press. Then simply combine everything in a bowl, mix well, and season with salt. Let it rest for a bit before eating.
