Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 2 sausages (knacker)
- 200 g cheese (Gouda)
- 250 ml low-fat yogurt
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise, 25%
- 200 g pasta
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water, rinse, and let cool. Wash and trim the bell peppers and cut into small cubes. Peel the cucumber and also cut into small cubes. Peel the sausages and cut into small cubes, and also dice the Gouda cheese. Place everything in a bowl and mix with mayonnaise and yogurt. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
