Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (e.g. fusilli or short macaroni)
  • ¾ bag of cheese, grated (Emmental)
  • ¾ bottle of tomato ketchup
  • some tomatoes, diced
  • 4 sausages (Wiener), cut into slices
  • 3 tsp, heaped remoulade
  • herbs (dried basil, dried oregano)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with tomatoes, cheese, sausage and a finely spicy sauce

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water, and return it to the pot. Add the tomato ketchup and remoulade sauce and stir to combine. Then add the cheese, sausage, diced tomatoes, and herbs and stir to combine.
