Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ tsp Maggi
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 3 cucumber(s), sour
- 1 tsp cucumber juice
- 1 tsp vegetable broth
- some pepper
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Pasta salad in 5 minutes!
Place the pasta (you sometimes have leftovers) in a salad bowl with the finely chopped cucumber and onion. In another bowl, mix the remaining ingredients into a creamy sauce. Add to the pasta and you’re done! It’s great after a night of drinking, and you can also enjoy it for breakfast!
