- 500 g Pasta of your choice
- 6 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon White wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Chopped capers
- 1 hand Separate Tomatoes in oil
- 1 hand Crumbled mozzarella
- 2 hand Sliced black olives
- 1 hand Chopped basil
- 1 hand Parmesan cheese
- Pepper and salt
- Garlic if desired
- This salad is not only suitable for summer. It’s made super fast.
- It is also suitable as a party salad, as it is easy to prepare and does not necessarily have to be in the refrigerator.
- Cook pasta (I recommend Italian pasta) according to the instructions on the packet and do not put it off.
- Fold in the remaining ingredients and let them steep for a while.
