Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g spirals
  • 80 g ham (ham nuggets)
  • 285 g vegetables (Mexico mix with peppers, corn, beans)
  • 225 g kidney beans
  • 4 gherkins
  • 4 tomatoes, dried in oil
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ lime(s), juice
  • 1 tsp, heaped herbs, Italian
  • Black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 32 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, drain, rinse briefly, and let cool. Rinse the kidney beans thoroughly. Drain the corn mix and let both drain well. Chop the gherkins and tomatoes. Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, herbs, pepper, and lime juice well. Season to taste, adding herbs and pepper to taste if desired. Combine the pasta, ham nuggets, beans, corn mix, gherkins, and tomatoes, and mix well with the sauce. Chill and let stand for 1-2 hours.
