Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pasta
- ½ bell pepper(s)
- 1 small can of corn
- 1 small can of kidney beans
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tbsp salad mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp salad cream (Miracel Whip)
- 2 tbsp seasoning sauce (Texicana Salsa)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente and let cool. Dice the bell pepper and spring onions into small cubes or rings. Once the pasta is cool, toss it with the remaining vegetables and season with salt and pepper. About an hour before serving, toss the salad with the mayonnaise, salad dressing, and seasoning sauce. Finally, season to taste with salt and pepper.
