Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g tortellini, from the refrigerated section
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 4 tbsp peas (from the can)
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 10 g butter
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 50 ml white wine vinegar
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the tortellini in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions. Add them to a little cold water to prevent them from sticking together. Wash, trim, and dice the bell peppers. Finely dice the onion and sauté in the butter until translucent. Add the peas, mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the diced bell peppers. Add the squared cooked ham. Carefully fold in the onions and drained tortellini. (Be careful not to let the tortellini expand.) A delicious side dish for a barbecue. Tip: Using low-fat yogurt and low-fat mayonnaise makes it a bit lower in calories and just as tasty.
