Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g tortellini, cooked
- 1 can of artichoke hearts
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 1 jar olives with herbs
- n. B. basil leaves
- e.g. olive oil
- n. B. Herbs, Italian blend
- e.g. sour cream
- e.g. mustard
- e.g. garlic, squeezed
- n. B. Onion(s), finely diced
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine the cooked tortellini with the artichokes, mushrooms, and herb-seasoned olives in a bowl. Prepare a marinade with the oil, Italian herb blend, sour cream and mustard, garlic and onion, salt, and sugar, and stir in. Sprinkle the basil leaves over the salad.
