Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g Farfalle, small
- salt water
- 150 g mozzarella, diced
- e.g. tomato(s), dried
- n. B. garlic
- some olive oil
- basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
as simple as it is good
Cook the pasta in salted water. Slice the sun-dried tomatoes. Crush the garlic. While the pasta is still warm, toss it with the tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, and basil. Add the mozzarella when the salad is cold.
