Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g pasta, e.g. farfalle
- 2 large tomatoes
- 200 g feta cheese
- 6 slice(s) of raw ham, e.g. Black Forest ham
- 1 tbsp oil
- 5 tbsp vinegar, mild or Melfor
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp oregano, dried
- salt and pepper
- Spice(s) (Maggi)
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar or a few dashes of sweetener
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 53 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, finely slice the ham and dice the tomatoes and feta. Prepare a marinade from the remaining ingredients and add the ham, tomatoes, and feta. Drain the cooked pasta and rinse with cold water. Add the lukewarm pasta to the marinade mixture and mix thoroughly. Let it stand for a while. It tastes great with grilled food.
