Pasta salad with ham

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g pasta (croissants)
  • 100 g peas (frozen)
  • 180 g ham, cooked, lean
  • 100 g onion(s)
  • 200 g bell pepper(s)
  • 8 olives, stuffed with peppers
  • salt and pepper
  • Vinegar
  • 2 tsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions. Cook the peas in a little water. Cut the ham into strips. Peel the onion and slice it into half rings. Trim, wash, and slice the bell peppers. Slice the olives. Mix the vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper to make a marinade. Combine the drained pasta and peas, along with all the other salad ingredients, in a bowl with the marinade, and let the salad marinate well until ready to serve. 25 g protein, 28 g fat, 29 g carbohydrates
