Pasta salad with Leberkäse

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 4 onions, cut into rings
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 300 g Leberkäse
  • oil
  • Vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Mustard
  • Chives, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle over medium heat according to the package instructions. Rinse the pasta in a sieve with cold water. Heat the oil and fry the onion rings until golden brown. Peel the cucumber and cut into strips. Cut the meatloaf into strips and fry briefly in the heated oil. Place all ingredients in a bowl. For the marinade, mix the oil with the vinegar. Add salt, pepper, and mustard. Mix the salad dressing with the other ingredients. Let the pasta salad marinate for 1 hour. Finally, sprinkle the finely chopped chives over the pasta salad.
