Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 500g penne
- 1 jar Pesto Rosso
- 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, orange
- 10 cocktail tomatoes
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- 2 cloves garlic
- some basil leaves
- salt and pepper
- 1 shot of balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
simple and vegetarian
Cook the pasta and let it cool slightly. Then toss it with the pesto and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Chop the peppers and mozzarella into small pieces and mix in. Halve the cherry tomatoes, crush the garlic cloves, and add them as well. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with basil leaves.
