Pasta Salad with Prawns
The perfect pasta salad with prawns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Farfalle
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 250 g Shrimp
- 3 Poles Celery
- 2 cups Sour cream
- 4 tbsp Iglo garden herbs
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package until al dente, drain, pour cold water over it and allow to cool.
- Hard boil eggs, quench and peel. Peel and finely dice the garlic and sauté in hot olive oil. Rinse the prawns with cold water and add to the garlic and fry both for about 3-4 minutes.
- Wash celery and cut into fine slices. Put the pasta, prawns and celery in a bowl and mix gently.
- Stir the sour cream until creamy, fold in the herbs, season with lemon, salt and pepper, season to taste, pour over the salad, fold in and let it steep.
