Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 3 tsp oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 250 g king prawns (fresh or frozen)
- 2 stalk(s) Celery
- 150 g crème fraîche with herbs
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water with 1 tablespoon of oil until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water, and let cool. Hard-boil the eggs, rinse, and peel them. Peel the garlic clove, finely dice it, and sauté it in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the shrimp and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. Thinly slice the celery stalks and leaves. Place the pasta, shrimp, celery, and quartered eggs in a bowl and mix gently. Combine the herb crème fraîche with the milk, season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper, pour over the salad, fold in, and let it marinate well.
