Rice – tuna – salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bag of rice
  • 2 cans of tuna, in its own juice
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 gherkins
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled
  • salt and pepper
  • Mayonnaise, salad cream or sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the rice according to the instructions, finely chop the onion, and finely dice the gherkins and eggs. Drain the tuna and shred it with a fork. Mix everything with salad cream, mayonnaise, or sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Let it sit for 2-3 hours.
