Ingredients
- 500 g Croissant or corkscrew pasta
- 1 ring Meat sausage
- 2 Cans Mandarins
- 1 Can Peas
- 1 Glass Gherkins
- 1 Glass Mayonnaise
- Pepper
- Salt
- 10 piece Hard-Boiled eggs
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions. It is best to take it out 2 minutes earlier as indicated so that the pasta does not become too soft. Rinse the pasta in a colander under cold water and let it cool.
- Dice the meat sausage and pickles and place in a sufficiently large bowl. Drain the tangerines and add a little of the tangerine water to the bowl. Now add half a can of peas and the noodles.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the liquid from the pickles (I always take half of the pickle jar) with salt and pepper and mix with the other ingredients.
- It is best to let everything stand for a day and season again if necessary.
