Pasta salad with tomatoes and mozzarella

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spirelli)
  • 250 g beefsteak tomatoes
  • 200g mozzarella
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Miracle Whip
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water as usual. Drain and toss the pasta with the olive oil to prevent it from sticking together. Quarter the tomatoes and cut into small pieces, as well as the mozzarella. Chop half of the basil and mix with the pasta, tomatoes, and mozzarella. For the dressing, simply mix the yogurt with 2 tablespoons of Miracle Whip and add the remaining chopped basil.
