Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 shallots
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • n. B. meat, e.g. ham cubes, sausages or minced meat
  • 200 g herb cheese spread
  • 300 ml cream
  • Herbs of Provence
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, fry the sliced ​​shallots and garlic in a pan. The sauce is delicious without meat, but if you want meat, add it to the shallots and garlic and fry. Next, add the drained mushrooms and let everything sizzle in the pan for about 3 minutes. Now add the cream cheese. Once melted, deglaze the sauce with the cream. Then bring the sauce back to a boil and season with herbs, salt, and pepper. This is best served with spaghetti; you can mix it into the sauce in the pan or serve it separately.
