- 200 g Spaghetti
- 70 g Mountain cheese
- 1 Chinese garlic or 3 little toes

- 1 Tl Mint in oil

- 1 El Sour cream
- 1 Tl Butter – because of the taste – doesn’t have to be
- 0,5 a cup Cream
- Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente
- In the meantime, put the cheese, butter, crushed garlic and pestos and mint in a pan and heat up. Add the cream.
- When the noodles are cooked, drain them and add them to the pan, stir in the chilimus. At the very end, add the sour cream and stir everything well.
- If you like, you can sprinkle the spaghetti with Parmesan cheese.
- We have to put the calories aside in this dish. But tastes very good.
