Pasta: Spaghetti with Savoy Cabbage and Chicken

- 0,25 head Savoy cabbage fresh (remainder)
- 2 piece Chicken breasts
- 2 piece Spring onions fresh
- 2 piece Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 tablespoon Clarified butter
- 50 ml Vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce dark
- 4 tablespoon Cream
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon Mascarpone
- 250 g Spaghetti
- Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Cut the savoy cabbage into large pieces.
- Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry the meat in it. Add the savoy cabbage, spring onions and garlic and fry as well.
- Now pour in the broth and let it simmer for about 5 minutes with the lid closed. In the meantime, add the pasta water. Do not add salt until the water is boiling.
- Add soy sauce, cream and mascarpone and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions and arrange on preheated plates with the savoy cabbage / chicken ragout. Garnish with a little parsley.
