Pasta: Spaghetti with Savoy Cabbage and Chicken

  • 0,25 head Savoy cabbage fresh (remainder)
  • 2 piece Chicken breasts
  • 2 piece Spring onions fresh
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Clarified butter
  • 50 ml Vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce dark
  • 4 tablespoon Cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Mascarpone
  • 250 g Spaghetti
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Cut the savoy cabbage into large pieces.
  2. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry the meat in it. Add the savoy cabbage, spring onions and garlic and fry as well.
  3. Now pour in the broth and let it simmer for about 5 minutes with the lid closed. In the meantime, add the pasta water. Do not add salt until the water is boiling.
  4. Add soy sauce, cream and mascarpone and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions and arrange on preheated plates with the savoy cabbage / chicken ragout. Garnish with a little parsley.
