Pasta Bake with Savoy Cabbage and Mozzarella

  • 300 g Pasta
  • 400 g Steamed savoy cabbage
  • 1 a cup Sour cream
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 100 ml Low fat milk
  • 1 pinch Sea-Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 2 Handful Grated mozzarella
  • 3 tbsp Ham cubes
  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Let the mozzarella freeze a little and grate.
  3. Squeeze out the sausage and set aside in the sieve.
  4. Make a creamy sauce from sour cream, egg and milk, season well with the spices.
  5. Drain the pasta and distribute it in a baking dish, loosen the savoy cabbage with your hands and pour over the pasta, pour the sour cream sauce and sprinkle with the diced ham and the grated mozzarella.
  6. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C on the middle rack for approx. 20-25 minutes. The Mozzi should melt and only lightly brown.
