Pasta Bake with Savoy Cabbage and Mozzarella

- 300 g Pasta
- 400 g Steamed savoy cabbage
- 1 a cup Sour cream
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 100 ml Low fat milk
- 1 pinch Sea-Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 2 Handful Grated mozzarella
- 3 tbsp Ham cubes
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Let the mozzarella freeze a little and grate.
- Squeeze out the sausage and set aside in the sieve.
- Make a creamy sauce from sour cream, egg and milk, season well with the spices.
- Drain the pasta and distribute it in a baking dish, loosen the savoy cabbage with your hands and pour over the pasta, pour the sour cream sauce and sprinkle with the diced ham and the grated mozzarella.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C on the middle rack for approx. 20-25 minutes. The Mozzi should melt and only lightly brown.
