- 75 g Pasta
vegetables
- 125 g Spring onion
- 100 g Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Spice oil: Chilli oil from my KB
Wine cream
- 125 ml White wine lovely
- 50 ml Cream
- Black pepper from the mill
- Flour de Sal, Olivas Negra
preparation
- Bring the salted water to the boil … put the oil in a pan with a little pepper … wash and clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings … wash the tomatoes and quarter them
Cook
- Cook the pasta in salted water for about 5-7 minutes … drain and drain
- Heat the oil in the pepper … add the spring onions and fry for approx. 3-5 minutes … add the tomato pieces, heat and remove any loose skin … deglaze with 75 ml of white wine and allow to reduce (approx. 5 minutes) .. .Add the pasta, cream and remaining white wine, fold in the pepper and salt and simmer for approx. 3 minutes
Serve
- Place the vegetable-pasta-cream pan on deep plates and serve hot
