Pasta: Vegetable-pasta-cream Pan

pasta

  • 75 g Pasta

vegetables

  • 125 g Spring onion
  • 100 g Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Spice oil: Chilli oil from my KB

Wine cream

  • 125 ml White wine lovely
  • 50 ml Cream
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Flour de Sal, Olivas Negra

preparation

  1. Bring the salted water to the boil … put the oil in a pan with a little pepper … wash and clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings … wash the tomatoes and quarter them

Cook

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water for about 5-7 minutes … drain and drain
  1. Heat the oil in the pepper … add the spring onions and fry for approx. 3-5 minutes … add the tomato pieces, heat and remove any loose skin … deglaze with 75 ml of white wine and allow to reduce (approx. 5 minutes) .. .Add the pasta, cream and remaining white wine, fold in the pepper and salt and simmer for approx. 3 minutes

Serve

  1. Place the vegetable-pasta-cream pan on deep plates and serve hot
