Pasta with bacon pesto sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 pts bacon, diced
  • 2 onions, finely diced
  • 1 jar Pesto Rosso
  • 1 jar of paprika
  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Sear the bacon and finely diced onions. Then add the diced bell peppers and fry briefly. Now add the chopped tomatoes, pesto, and cream cheese. This also works well with Cabanossi. Pasta is delicious with it.
