Pasta with broccoli and minced meat

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g broccoli, frozen
  • 2 carrots
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 250 g pasta
  • 100 ml cream
  • 300 ml broth
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • some chili
  • some paprika
  • some coriander
  • some turmeric
  • some ginger
  • some lovage
  • 1 bay leaf
  • some caraway
  • some dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Halve the peeled carrots lengthwise and slice them thinly. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Brown the ground beef in hot oil. Add the carrots and fry briefly. Add 300 ml of broth and cream with the seasonings and bring to a boil. Add the unthawed broccoli and cook everything covered over medium heat for 12-15 minutes, until the carrots are tender. Stir occasionally. Serve the sauce with the pasta.
