Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ red bell pepper(s)
- 3 slice(s) marinated eggplant(s)
- 100 g diced ham
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 g cheese with herbs, grated
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 package of fresh puff pastry (approximately the amount for 1 strudel)

Makes 12 packets, e.g. for a party buffet or picnic
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Finely dice the bell peppers and eggplant, crush the garlic, and mix everything with the ham. Beat the eggs and stir them well into the vegetable and ham mixture along with the cheese. Divide the puff pastry into 12 squares. Place a little of the mixture on each square and seal the pastry over it. Brush the parcels with egg yolk and bake for about ten minutes, until the yolk is a lovely golden brown. The parcels are delicious both hot and cold.
