Pasta with cheese and ham sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 75 g ham, diced
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 150 ml milk
  • 50 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 300 g cocktail tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • herbs, fresh
  • 350 g pasta, of your choice

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare pasta according to the package instructions. Slice the spring onions into rings, fry the ham cubes in a pan, add the onions, and fry both. Add the milk and vegetable stock, simmer over medium heat for a few minutes, add the cream cheese, and season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the sauce, bring to a boil briefly. Arrange the pasta on a plate and pour the sauce over it—done. Feel free to increase the pasta portion; the P value for this dish is already the full amount.
