Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar dried tomatoes in oil (270 g)
  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 125 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp basil, fresh
  • 400 g pasta
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts, roasted
  • Water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain the tomatoes, reserving the oil and cut into thin strips. Heat the tomato oil in a wok and fry the sliced ​​chicken breast fillet in batches. Return all the meat to the wok. Add the garlic, tomatoes, and cream. Simmer gently for 4-5 minutes. Stir in the sliced ​​basil and pasta and heat through. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with toasted pine nuts, and serve.
