Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 broccoli
- 250 g pasta
- 50 g cooked ham
- 200 g herb cheese spread
- 200 g sour cream
- 200 ml cream
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 bag of cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Trim the broccoli, divide it into florets, and cook in salted water for about 5 minutes. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Place the broccoli in a casserole dish and cover with the pasta. Dice the ham and add it. Heat the herb cheese, sour cream, cream, garlic, and pepper in a saucepan and add the sauce to the casserole dish. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese over the top. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
