Pasta – Gorgonzola Spinach and Prawns

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Pasta
  • 250 g Gorgonzola
  • 500 g Spinach frozen
  • 500 g Boiled prawns without their shell
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta in salted water until aldente.
  • Peel the onion and 2 cloves of garlic, dice finely and sauté in the oil until translucent, add the spinach and slowly defrost, crumble the Gorgonzola into it, pour the cream, season everything with salt and pepper and let it steep for 5 minutes over low heat.
  • Peel the remaining cloves of garlic finely, add oil and heat in a pan, add the prawns, cook everything and serve with the pasta and the spinach-gorgonzola sauce.
